The Transmitter and Receiver units are electronically isolated from one another removing the risk of damage via a ground loop, with USB 2.0 devices one can extend a keyboard, mouse, and other peripheral signals. You can get brilliant video by transmitting uncompressed, native 4K @ 30 Hz UHD DisplayPort signals and can support resolutions up to 4K, including 3840 x 2160 and 1080p/60 Deep Color. Plus, you can extend the keyboard and mouse or other peripheral signals with USB 2.0 passthrough.
